Licensing HearingsAfter you make your licence application various regulatory authorities, councils and your neighbours have the chance to object to your proposals. These objections can be resolved by negotiation, by a council licensing hearing or by appeal to the Magistrates. If the Licensing Authority does not decide your application within two months of you lodging it, you MUST appeal to the magistrates within 21 days in order to keep you application alive. Call us for help negotiating, representing you at hearings or for expert witness evidence in the Magistrates Court. It is very important to track these dates accurately so that you do not miss any of these key steps. We can help you to follow the progress of your application.
