Application for personal licence	£100 plus VAT
Change DPS	£50 plus VAT
Transfer a premises licence	£100 plus VAT
Vary the terms of a premises licence (not capital works)	£500 plus VAT
Submit appeal to magistrates from the Council's decision or failure to meet the timetable	£100 plus VAT
New premises licence (including capital works)	£700 plus VAT.
Reduced terms for new premises licences for takeaways and off-licences as these require no entertainment	£500 plus VAT
Attendance at licensing hearings and appeals*	£125 plus VAT per hour

*Spent at the hearing on preparation and on negoatiations to settle representations ahead of a hearing. No extra charges for travel time or travel costs within a two hour travel radius of my base at Princes Risborough.

Any work may be sub-contracted to fully qualified and competent associates of Pubexpert.com

We do not provide NCPLH training to personal licence applicants
